Welcome to open access learning – pleased to meet you 🙂

After a working lifetime spent in the corporate world, I’m taking some time to read, think and blog about this passion and fascination I have with all things learning, process and performance improvement related.

As a former L&D Manager, my focus is mainly on adult education, leadership and professional development.  But as inspiration can come from anywhere, open access learning will go wherever the good stuff is.
